Soup Station-70 is a soup bowl developed in Estonia, tested in winter conditions, and can be used all year round. It can cater for up to 200 people: the weight of a portion calculated is 300 g per person. The soup kettle can be used for cooking, stewing, frying and keeping warm.
Set-up time max 5 minutes: attach the legs and safety panels and connect the unit to the gas cylinder.
Half a pot (35 liters) of water reaches boiling point in 25-45 minutes (+20º C vs 0º C), a full pot (approx. 70 liters) in approx. 50-90 minutes. Factors influencing the boiling temperature are the outside temperature, wind, precipitation and the initial temperature of the water and food to be heated.
Target group: caterers for large events, municipalities, defence structures, hospitals and other vital service providers.
It is a very compact product which, together with the gas cylinder, fits into most passenger cars. When storing, please allow for a shelf space of 80 x 80 cm.
The unit must be stored in dry conditions.
