Most products are hand-made: to find out who created your product, look at the bottom of the product or other hidden places, and find the label with the signature of the person who created it.

After-sales service and spare parts: If you have a product of the older generation of GrillSymbol that needs spare parts, we usually do have spare parts. The exception is the models of the older type of Smoky Beast (painted black), which were in production from 2005 to 2012 and for which we stopped providing spare parts in 2023. Spare parts can be found in the product group: “Spare parts and components”.
