Note: Although the thermos can keep food warm for up to 48 hours, always follow food safety guidelines when holding hot food.
Before First Use
Clean the inner liner, lid, and sealing ring with warm water and a neutral detergent, then rinse and air dry. A slight plastic smell is normal for a new product.
Check that the sealing ring is properly positioned and undamaged.
Pre-heat or pre-cool before use:
For hot food: fill with boiling water, close tightly, let stand for 3–5 minutes, then empty before adding food.
For cold food: pre-cool with ice water for better insulation.
2. During Use
Do not pour boiling cooking oil directly into the container, as high temperatures may soften the plastic shell and damage the insulation layer.
Avoid storing strongly acidic foods (e.g., vinegar, pickles, tomato juice, lemon juice) for long periods, as they may corrode the stainless steel interior.
Avoid sudden temperature changes; do not rinse the exterior with cold water immediately after filling with hot food.
Keep away from direct sunlight, fire, and high-temperature environments to prevent aging and cracking.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance
Use only warm water and a neutral detergent; do not use steel wool on the inner liner.
Remove and clean the sealing ring regularly to prevent mold and odors.
Clean promptly after use; do not leave food residue overnight.
Store in a cool, ventilated place with the lid open when not in use.
4. Safety Tips
Consume or serve hot food within 2–4 hours in summer to prevent spoilage.
If the outer shell becomes noticeably hot during use, the insulation layer may be damaged and the container should be replaced.
