What makes the Vege Griddle cooking grate special is the ratio of metal surface and air gaps, which prevent vegetables from burning in direct fire. The griddle retains heat very well due to the thickness and weight of the material. The wavy lines leave an interesting pattern on the grilled vegetables. The Vege Griddle is also suitable for grilling meat, fish, burgers, etc.
BPS: The set includes a steel plancha 28 x 34 cm and a stainless steel burger press with a diameter of 14 cm.
On plancha can be cooked 4 large burgers with a diameter of up to 14 cm at once. In addition to a variety of grilled dishes, bacon and eggs, pancakes, steaks, vegetables and seafood – plancha is perfect for this. Suitable for use on charcoal and gas grills, gas burners, stoves (including induction cooker).
NB! Do not use the maximum power on the induction cooker!
Plancha is compatible with the following GrillSymbol grills: Chef, Chef-XL, Chef-NXS, Naked Chef and Naked Chef XL. Fits into larger models (L and XL sizes) of ceramic grills (Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe, etc.)
