£0The Luna Copper fire pit is handmade of Cor-Ten steel and copper. A thin copper sheet is riveted to the strong Cor-Ten steel frame with copper rivets. Many hours are spent finishing each piece, and the result is well worth it!
In outdoor conditions, the reddish copper changes its appearance, and after just a year, the copper finish looks antique and unique. Each copper detail has a unique color combination!
The areas covered with copper sheet do not get hot, and heat does not change the chemical composition or appearance of the copper. However, if you want to preserve the original reddish tone of the copper on the fire pit, we recommend varnishing the copper details immediately after installation.
